Danielle is fascinated with how pain impacts the body and changes movement. For nearly 25 years she has worked as a clinician, international physical therapy educator, and healthcare entrepreneur.
Early in her career, Danielle focused on connecting the theories of thought leaders across the physical therapy and exercise science professions. Year after year, she spent hundreds of hours studying with world renowned clinicians. It wasn't enough for her to be able to eliminate pain, she wanted to understand the underlying issues driving pain and how these variables influence injury recovery, recurrence risk, and performance potential. Her ability to understand the impact of pain on movement, how to diagnose impairments, and how to build multi-factorial treatment programs to restore optimum movement allows her to help individuals across the whole movement continuum, from elite athletes to individuals dealing with chronic pain issues. If you feel you've "fallen through the cracks" of traditional medicine and/or performance training, Danielle can help you unlock the hidden potential within your body to perform at your best.
Danielle has advanced training in a variety of techniques including sport specific movement testing, 3D movement analysis, diagnostic Ultrasound imaging, advanced treatment of TMJ dysfunction, dry needling, Pilates, ergonomics, Titleist Performance Institute for golf, The Performance Matrix for elite sports professionals, and many more. Throughout her career she's specialized in injury prevention and sports performance training for golfers, cyclists, tennis players, and running athletes.
In her free time, Danielle and Claude love to travel. Exploring new cities, blazing new trails, riding e-bikes, and cooking with friends keep them energized.
